THREADED RODS & STUDS
Wood-to-Metal Hanger Bolts
Hanger bolts connect a timber member to a compatible machine-threaded fitting.

Product Overview
A hanger bolt combines a wood-thread end for the timber with a machine-thread end for a nut or fitting. It allows a threaded attachment to be added without an exposed conventional bolt head. The two thread portions, installation feature and required embedment must be shown clearly, since a single diameter and overall length do not fully describe the part.
Provide a drawing showing the timber end, machine end and installation feature. Include timber species, required penetration, mating thread and finish. Feasibility and the exact dimensional combination require confirmation.
