Product Overview
A square-bend U-bolt fits around a rectangular member or support channel and provides two threaded legs for clamping. Inside width, leg length and bend radius need to be taken from the assembly drawing. A nominal pipe diameter is not an adequate specification for this shape, and corner fit must be checked against the actual supported section.
Provide a dimensioned drawing, the supported member dimensions and the intended load direction. Specify the plate, nuts, finish and any liner as part of the enquiry. Bending tolerances and the requested material/finish combination require confirmation.
