Product Overview
A large outside diameter spreads contact over a wider bearing area than a normal-series washer. It can be useful beneath a bolt or nut on softer or slotted components where the joint design permits this geometry. The hole size, thickness and hardness remain important, and a larger diameter alone does not establish a higher structural capacity.
Provide the nominal bolt size, washer dimensions, material and hardness requirement, plus the mating bolt grade and surface finish. Confirm the bearing surface and the intended service environment. Requested combinations remain subject to technical and supply review.
