Product Overview
A small-series plain washer provides a compact outside diameter for joints with limited radial clearance. It creates a separate bearing interface beneath the selected bolt head or nut while occupying less space than a larger washer series. The reduced bearing area must be assessed against the mating material and clamping requirement.
Provide the nominal bolt size, washer dimensions, material and hardness requirement, plus the mating bolt grade and surface finish. Confirm the bearing surface and the intended service environment. Requested combinations remain subject to technical and supply review.
