RIVETS & INSERTS
Flat Head Round Body Rivet Nuts
Round-body flat head rivet nuts create an internal thread in a suitable thin-sheet assembly.

Product Overview
A round body fits a specified round hole and is deformed behind the sheet using a threaded setting mandrel. The flat flange seats on the accessible face, creating an internal thread where the parent sheet is too thin for the required tapped engagement. Body texture and installation settings must match the sheet and torque requirement.
State the thread, sheet thickness and material, hole geometry, required setting tool and service torque. Supply the exact body and flange drawing. Grip-range and material combinations, plus validation on the mating sheet, require confirmation.
