NUTS
DIN 929 Hex Weld Nuts
Hex Weld Nuts for specified threaded assemblies, with engagement and mating dimensions reviewed.

Product Overview
A hexagon weld nut creates a fixed internal thread in sheet-metal or fabricated components where a loose nut is inconvenient. The locating feature and welding contact geometry must match the production fixture and mating sheet. Thread protection and inspection after welding are important to ensure that the screw can be installed without damage or interference.
Specify thread diameter and pitch, required material, finish and the mating bolt or rod. Include space restrictions and any inspection or proof-load requirement. The requested configuration and packaging must be confirmed before ordering.
