NUTS
DIN 928 Square Weld Nuts
Square Weld Nuts for specified threaded assemblies, with engagement and mating dimensions reviewed.

Product Overview
A square weld nut provides a permanent threaded attachment point on a compatible metal component. Locating and welding features help position the nut during the selected welding process. The sheet thickness, electrode access and weld schedule need to be considered together, since the installed joint depends on the weld as well as the threaded component.
Specify thread diameter and pitch, required material, finish and the mating bolt or rod. Include space restrictions and any inspection or proof-load requirement. The requested configuration and packaging must be confirmed before ordering.

- Sheet-metal fabrications
- Equipment brackets
- Welded enclosures
Size Range / Technical Notes
- Size Range
- Specify nominal thread, locating-hole geometry, sheet thickness and welding-feature dimensions. Exact size and material combinations require confirmation.
- Technical Notes
- Confirm base-metal compatibility, weld procedure and post-weld thread condition. An unwelded nut property does not certify the installed weld strength. Use the ordered thread tolerance.
Packaging & Customization
