Product Overview
An integral flange provides a bearing face around the hexagon head and reduces the number of separate components in a suitable joint. Clearance around the flange, contact pressure and the condition of the mating surface remain important. The bearing face in this proposed series is plain unless a separate serrated design is specified and approved.
For an accurate quotation, specify the thread size, nominal length, material requirement and surface finish, together with the intended mating component. Dimensions, inspection requirements and the exact material and finish combination must be agreed before order confirmation.

- DIN 6921 is withdrawn and EN 1665 is a successor reference. ISO 4162 is a small-series alternative with different head geometry, not an identical substitute. Confirm the contractual standard and drawing.
