Product Overview
External serrations contact the mating faces when clamped and can mark or penetrate a surface coating. This washer form is considered for specified retaining or contact applications only after assessing the surfaces. It should not be promoted as a universal solution for vibration loosening or as a certified electrical bonding component.
Provide the nominal bolt size, washer dimensions, material and hardness requirement, plus the mating bolt grade and surface finish. Confirm the bearing surface and the intended service environment. Requested combinations remain subject to technical and supply review.
