Product Overview
The conical profile provides an elastic element within a suitable bolted joint and can help maintain clamping under limited axial settlement. Its effectiveness depends on the washer force-deflection behavior and the joint arrangement. It is not interchangeable with a flat washer, and selection requires consideration of the bolt, bearing surface and installation condition.
Provide the nominal bolt size, washer dimensions, material and hardness requirement, plus the mating bolt grade and surface finish. Confirm the bearing surface and the intended service environment. Requested combinations remain subject to technical and supply review.
